I am a distance runner who wants to continue the grassroots movement to improve American distance running. This website will serve as a medium on which I can blog, attain interviews, give race recaps, photos, and video. The goal is to gain advertising--the profit will go towards my goal to start a distance project with housing, medical, and coaching for emerging elite American distance runners.
